Instrument : MARTIN D-28

Problem : Spruce top seriously crushed in on all the surface, many bracings unglued and split.

Repair : Levelled up top, changing and regluing braces , complete nitro varnish with shading of top, bridge reglued.

Instrument : GIBSON L 5/C

Problem : Spruce top very pock-marked and tired ! Fingerboard side bindings filed and used up (not the original width). Frets used up.

Repair : Complete fret work, making of black/white plastic bindings as the original (width). Neck re-varnishing with shading and colouring.
Top revarnished with red/orange nitro as per sides and back. Making of pickguard as per customer request ( same as on the Le Grand model) interesting nice job.

Instrument : D'ANGELICO NEW YORKER

Problem : On customer's request, complete revarnishing. This guitar had been oversprayed in the 70's (very thick sunburst, not giving the best to this magnificent instrument.)

Repair : A few small repair jobs to the top (gluing)
complete nitro re-varnishing of guitar, with a amber finish throughout,
showing especially the beauty of the incredible maple. This guitar is
very powerful and balanced.

Instrument : Guitare jazz boris

Problem : On customer's request, complete revarnishing

Repair : Nitro varnish, with a mix-up of walnut/yellow and orange shading with a final polishing between satin & high gloss.

Instrument : Guitare jazz LACEY

Problem : This guitar top had been heavily sanded down and refinished a few times. The spruce itself was getting very thin with three cracks and different levels. The wood of the whole instrument had been stained with a pink effect..

Repair : Various top regluing with under top reinforcements (as discreet as possible) Complete nitro refinishing with pronounced orange/walnut dark brown.
